Two of their boys (Stuart and Another fella I can’t remember his name I’m so sorry!) came over to help us move. They were even 20 minutes early which was nice. At first we were all like, is all this going to fit in two 35sq ft unit?? And it did. The guys who came were such experts and very careful with all of our belongings. Never heard a no from them, just big smiles and straight on to getting the job done. We had so much room to spare which surprised us all! We even forgot an important document in the storage unit, and although they had just left, they came back straight away to help us find it. That meant removing some stuff to get to our files box in the middle. But no complaints from them!! Seriously, this was the best moving experience I have ever had, and I have moved like 8 times in the past 5 years (unfortunately…but that’s another story!)
The office was incredible helpful: Stefan, Rion, and Shirael (I’m so sorry if that’s not how you spell your name!!). They gave us an amazing price, especially compared to self storage places, and hooked us up with these amazing movers. I asked to have access to my unit the following Monday and they were like, no problem, it’s all organised. Seriously, my entire experience from storing.com was awesome. Finally a company that is fast, efficient, does what it says on the tin, and does it with an awesome sense of humour and a smile!
I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending the service to my mates. Who knew moving house didn’t have to be absolute hell. Thanks guys
