The Storage.com people were great. They were punctual, polite. presentable and professional.
The whole system is so well organised and the chaps never lost their humour or patience despite it being a fairly large move filling two of the largest containers that Storage.com do. The system is just that much safer and more satisfactory than filling one big van and then worrying about the off loading and manner of storage at the other end and things getting broken or lost in that off load and then reload in due course. These sealed crates are great and so much more affordable too.
The removers were wonderful very helpful, courteous and considerate. Went out of their way to look after some very sentimental items. Couldn’t have asked for a better team.
This is just an amazing company. People that really care about the business and the customer. Customer service 5 stars. Helping and caring from Jamie and Mukesh was just incredible. I used other removal company before and this one is the best!

storing.com was very helpful with any questions that we had before we actually booked and after. They kept us updated about the time they will come. Movers came on time and took less than half an hour to store everything (10sq feet). A very happy customer.
